I have used this gorgeous stretch lace a few times sand it is usually my go to when working with lace.
The lace is really soft and feels nice against the skin though it does snag quite easily

Lovely stretch on the fabric and has a silky feel. One arrival it seems more like a fabric your would use for gymwear than everyday wear, but it's definitely high quality fabric.

Have used the bias binding on Xmas bunting. It gives a nice edge & is easy to work with. Very happy with the quality.

This is the best bamboo material at a very good price. This is my third order - black and royal navy. Sews great but you may need a walking foot. Feels great against the skin. Would use over and over again.
